5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery: Deliveries will be made according to the date and time slot you select during checkout. Delivery charges are additional and will be calculated based on location, time, and the nature of the products. These charges will be displayed at checkout.
Accuracy: Please ensure that your delivery details are accurate. We rely on this information for timely and correct delivery. We will not be responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect information.

6. Returns & Refunds
Policy: We do not typically accept returns or replacements unless the product is damaged or defective. Any return request must be made within 3 hours of delivery. Please refer to our Refund Policy for detailed information.

7. Cancellations
Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the order has already been processed, cancellations may not be possible.
